| Operation of the Equipments |
Bottle will be automatically transferred from capping machine to the labeling machine conveyor. From the conveyor bottle will enter in to the star wheel station through feed warm and then to the labeling station. Product sensor senses the bottle & label is automatically applied on the bottle. Micro processor based servo motor with sensor automatically synchronize label delivery with main motor conveyor and label is applied precisely on the bottle with proper synchronization of the speed. The bottle is then transferred to the wrapping station and the motion of the bottle is now like the planetary system. Thus the final result is wrinkle free skew less labeling. And labeled bottle will be discharged on the same conveyor for further transfer to packing lines. |
