It is table top model where the operator places the two bottles on the machine manually.  Here, the bottle supporting system is there to ensure that it is right down the nozzles.  This bottle supporting system is adjustable. You can easily adjust as the diameter of the bottle varies. The change parts are required for different sizes of bottles.

The operator put the two bottles right down the nozzles and the nozzles fills the bottles with the liquid.  After filling is completed the operator has to remove the bottles manually.  As the volume to be filled in the bottle changes, you have to change the syringe set. Here, the speed depends on the skill of the operator as the loading and unloading is done manually.
