Operation of the Equipments

The VACUUM filler purely works on vacuum principle with a special filling valve & is operated pneumatically (by air) which generates negative air pressure.
The operator places the bottle manually on the sliding platform (beneath the filling heads), where it gets rested by the unique bottle holder.
As soon as the product is kept & pressed, the vacuum starts sucking the air from the container & at the same time filling will take place gradually. The desired volume can be achieved by adjusting the volume knob on the nozzle body. The excess product (foam) is then recycled in the system & hence not wasted.
The fill level is determined by the depth of the vacuum port within the neck of the container/product. The system draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction. The constant vacuum is created by a vacuum generator connected to a vacuum chamber & a special filling valve.
The filling valve consists of a filling sleeve & within this sleeve there is a vacuum line. The vacuum tube is used to draw the excess product back into the vacuum chamber in order to prevent overfill / spillage.
