Operation of the Equipments

The operator places the bottle manually below the Pinhead filling nozzle.
The desired volume is set by adjusting the piston stroke length. The piston stroke length can be achieved by adjusting the knob & the flow rate can be controlled by means of air flow control valve depending upon the viscosity of the material.
The switch (foot or Auto/Manual mode) is then operated to start the machine.
The piston actuates & the material is sucked from the hopper and delivered in the product through a nozzle.
Once the bottle is filled as per the desired volume, the machine stops automatically. After completion of filling process, operator can remove the bottles manually.
