| • Different types of models are available with 2-4-6-8 Head (Nozzles) having accuracy of + 1 % with NO-CONTAINER-NO-FILLING system & bottle counter. • Suitable for filling of Face Cream / Viscous product in plastic bottles. • Reciprocating filling nozzle with self centering device to avoid foaming. • Machine suitable for 30 mm to 200 mm diameter having minimum neck diameter of 12 mm with maximum height of 300 mm. • Suitable for 10 ml to 1000 ml filling range. • Output speed is 30/60/100/150 products / minute. • Filling temperature: Ambient • Filling technique: Forced volumetric / Piston filler. |

| Operation of the Equipments |
| The bottles are fed on the conveyor from feeder table. The bottles are conveyed in single file directly in loading position for Automatic eight head filler. The pneumatic controls allow a group of six bottles to move under the filling nozzles & hold the same in position till the filling is over. As soon as filling is over, the next set of eight bottles are released. The filling quantity is independently adjustable for each head. Change parts for filling are provided and can be changed in little time. Product level control i.e. High / Low level signals are provided. |
