• The Carton Magazine (In-feed device) is the initial point for the machine where the cartons are feeding manually and it will be picking up with the help of Vacuum pump device continuously one bye one. • There is a special device like Bottom closing of the cartons in the machine with Pneumatic cylinder which is closing the carton’s flaps at lower side to complete the carton’s TUCK IN process satisfactory. • The machine is equipped with the help of Indexing Cam. Therefore the operations are carried out step by step. The second operation will be printing / Coding on the cartons and that is also online. • There is a device attached with the machine called as Leaflet Inserter. When the cartons come from the printing / coding device, leaflet will come out with Vacuum device and pushed by Pneumatic piston in to the cartons. • The bottle Tilt down device is synchronized with Conveyor belt and Rotary wheel of the machine. The bottles will be moving on the conveyors and when they come to tilt down device, it will automatically insert with the centering of the conveyor and rotary wheel inside the cartons. Bottles are inserting in the cartons based on the synchronized centering of the all devices only. • The machine have the same another device for Topside of the cartons closing with Pneumatic cylinder which is closing the carton’s flaps on upper side to complete the carton’s TUCK IN process satisfactory. • The packed cartons will be taken out from the rotary wheel by the way of Pneumatic device to the Receiving device and from there it will be discharge manually. • The machine can be designed for the Semi Automatic (Manual Bottle Feeding) application also but the speed will be less compare to the Auto Feeding of the bottles in the cartons.

• The machine body is in Aluminium profile.
• The Lubricate parts, cover & door of the machine are in SS 304 as per GMP norms.
• The machine is mounted on Caster Wheel and Leveling Pad. Therefore it is easy to move it from one place to another.
• The Indexing plate is made of Non ferrous Aluminium material.
• The carton locator is made of Low Friction material nylon. The machine is covered from top side with Acrylic cover.
