| Operation of the Equipments |
| Bottles received on the conveyor are guided to the bottle holding belts; Caps fed to the vibratory bowl are correctly oriented and continuously pushed to the chute inlet. The tightly held bottle picks-up the cap from the chute outlet and moves further for pressing operation. Pressing operation is carried out by two knurled rollers, which ensures complete pressing of caps at the pressing device. After the neat fixation, the bottle gets released from the bottle holding belts and moves on exit conveyor. |

- Belt can move to accommodate Bottle from 40mm to 65mm.
- Height adjustment for Cap Pick-up for different heights of Bottle or precise pick-up is absolutely made simple through a jack.
- Cap feeding is controlled through a Vibrator feeder.
- Totally synchronized pressing Rollers for perfect tight fit cap pressing and easily adjustable devices for different height of bottle.
- The change parts will be required only for change over of different shapes of cap & sizes, where as for bottle’s Diameter & Height only simple adjustments are required, which makes this unit versatile.
